💡 Test your audio/video in the Test Meeting at least one day before your session.

1) Download & Install Zoom

Desktop: Go to zoom.us/download, download Zoom Desktop Client, install, then sign in or sign up free.

Mobile: From Play Store or App Store, search “Zoom – One Platform to Connect”, install, then sign in.

2) Join a Meeting (Attendees)

• Use the meeting link provided above.
• Or open Zoom → Join → enter Meeting ID + Full Name.
• Enter the Passcode if required.
• Allow access to your microphone and camera.

🎧 Use headphones and a quiet, well-lit room for best quality.

3) Presenting / Hosting

Share Screen: Click Share Screen → choose Window or Entire Screen. For videos, check “Share sound” + “Optimize for video clip”.

Audio/Video: Mute/Unmute: Alt+A (Win) / Cmd+Shift+A (Mac).
Start/Stop Video: Alt+V (Win) / Cmd+Shift+V (Mac).

Schedule a Session: Click Schedule → set date/time, passcode, and waiting room. Share the invite (Meeting link + ID + Passcode) with participants.

4) Best Practices

• ✅ Test mic/camera in a Test Meeting.
• ✅ Use a wired or stable Wi-Fi connection.
• ✅ Close heavy apps before presenting.
• ✅ Use slides in 16:9 format; keep a PDF backup.
• ✅ Rename yourself: FirstName LastName – Affiliation.
• ✅ Ensure good lighting and camera at eye level.

5) Troubleshooting

• No audio? Check mic settings (arrow near 🎤).
• Echo? Mute extra devices; use headphones.
• Frozen video? Turn off video or switch to better internet.
• Can’t share screen? Host must enable it (Security → Share Screen).
